Finance Controller

                                                                                                 

ST Engineering  Aerospace Solutions is looking for a Finance Controller at our head office in Copenhagen

The Finance department is responsible for financial and management reporting, costs control, cash and treasury management and providing financial support.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Your primary tasks are to ensure the correct and timely reporting of financial results for ST  Engineering Aerospace Solutions. In addition, you will also be responsible for supporting our workshops in Arlandastad with relevant financial information.

In collaboration with colleagues, the candidate need to perform:

  • Budgets and forecasts
  • Monthly reporting in the group consolidation system
  • Year-end audit tasks to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
  • Overseeing accounts, reconciliation, entries and accruals around month end closing
  • Cash flow management and hedging of foreign transactions
  • Assist with Transfer pricing documentation and Annual Reports

 Competences and qualifications:

This position requires a solid background with a relevant economical education in Business Administration, Auditing, Finance, Accounting or similar. The ideal candidate will have between 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You should have a solid understanding of Business Control process. Furthermore, you bring:

  • Experience with group controlling, consolidation, and reporting processes
  • Ability to work independently and strong attention to detail
  • Experience with cash flow management
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets (Excel), preferred experience with SAP (ERP-system) and Hyperion (consolidation system)

As a person, we expect you to have a positive and service-minded personality.  Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and relate to people on all levels is important. Furthermore you will need to be:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
